Lifetime Warranty – OysterClamp Only

The OysterClamp is covered by a lifetime warranty.

This warranty is valid only under the following circumstances:

  • The OysterClamp arrives damaged or broken

  • The OysterClamp breaks during normal use

  • The package is lost during shipping

If one of these situations occurs, we will offer a replacement or refund after verification.

Warranty Conditions

  • Applies only to the OysterClamp

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Photo or video evidence may be requested

  • Does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

    • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@oysterclamp.shop so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it properly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers)

  • Custom or personalized items

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to:

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Returned items must:
